Coos Bay Area Manager

Bigfoot Beverages of Coos Bay is looking for a Full Time Area Manager. This position will be responsible for achieving the retail sales plan through efficient routing systems and management of employees, labor costs and budget line items. This person is accountable for effectively executing and communicating promotions and sales strategies. It is important to have the ability to relate well at all times to people including customers and co-workers. Conflict resolution and motivation skills are also required. Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills, ability to organize and prioritize workload, and handle multiple functions an overall attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a FULL TIME, salaried (exempt level) position. Schedule is 40+ hours/week Monday - Friday, some weekend work may be required. Compensation depends on experience.


The successful applicant will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Move up to 165 lbs.
  • Read, converse and be understood in the English language
  • Proven sales and marketing knowledge
  • Active listening, critical thinking, negotiations, good judgment and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, social and team building skills
  • Must have excellent follow through and facilitation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook)
  • A CDL is a plus

Requires minimum of five years of experience in delivery/merchandising and three years management experience.  Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and experience in the beverage industry is strongly preferred.
