Eugene Fountain Sales Manager


Bigfoot Beverages Eugene is recruiting for a Fountain Sales Manager. The Fountain Sales Manager creates and identifies fountain opportunities within the designated market, through new and existing accounts.  Analyzes the market and current accounts to maximize distribution and work collaboratively with Corporate Representatives to grow company objectives.  This position is responsible for maintaining knowledge of current accounts, customer needs and new products to assist in the overall growth of sales revenue.  Works closely and has exceptional communication with their manager, co-managers, current and potential accounts. This is a full-time, exempt level position.  The schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekend work as necessary. This will include 40 plus hours weekly and shift start time varies based on daily need.

  1. Execution of strategic plans to enhance fountain business, profitability, productivity, and efficiency. 
  2. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
  3. Retain current accounts through relationship building, regular visits, prompt attention to customer service opportunities and asset management. Problem solve to meet the needs of all accounts and work closely with co-managers if resources are required.
  4. Maintain knowledge and insight of customer needs through consistent communication with Area Managers, Small Format Sales Team and Fountain Drivers.
  5. Responsible for the acquisition of new accounts through business proposals and cold calls within the designated market.  Communicate new account placement and upgrades in accordance to departmental procedures.
  6. Analyze sales reports, focus products and customer requests to assist in the development of fountain machine brand sets.  Communicate regularly with co-managers and current accounts to stay up to date on customer requests and trends.
  7. Coordinate the planning, execution and process paperwork involved with fountain machine installations, removals and upgrades according to company procedures.
  8. Manage the capital expenditure budget for fountain equipment, both new business and upgrades. 
  9. Achieve sales revenue plan by period and on a yearly basis.
  10. Assist Corporate Representatives with the growth of company objectives through consistent communication, knowledge of new products and troubleshooting obstacles that arise.
  11. Analyze and maintain Bottles-to-Go sales.
  12. Plan and coordinate with the Director of Vending and Fountain in regards to promotions for fountain beverages throughout the year.
  13. Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Required Education and Experience

  1. B.S. or B.A. degree in accounting, sales, marketing or related field; or high school diploma or GED with equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 experience in beverage industry, sales, or account management.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Fountain experience.
