Eugene Craft Beer Inventory Assistant

Bigfoot Beverages of Eugene is looking for Craft Beer Inventory Assistant.  This position will be responsible for craft beer cycle counting in our Eugene warehouse, receiving inventory, maintaining a dated inventory list, inventory adjustments, and transfers. This position also works with Sales staff and manages tap handles and glassware in addition to communication on shortages and new items. This position also provides inventory reports to our Craft Beer Suppliers and communicates to resolve supply chain issues. Craft Beer Inventory Assistant also is responsible for weekly Dock Sales to the public, so Craft Beer knowledge is a plus. This position reports to Craft Beer Purchasing and Inventory Manager and the Director of Craft Beer.

This is a FULL TIME position, Monday through Friday. Hourly wage depends on experience. Start times vary:

Mon: 8am-4:30pm       

Tue: 5:30am-2pm       

Wed: 5:30am-2pm

Thurs: 7:30am-4pm

Fri: 8am-4:30pm (dock sales from 11am-4pm).


Requires strong computer skills including aptitude to learn new software systems including VIP and Microsoft Word and Excel. This person must have excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.  Bigfoot Beer product knowledge a plus.


The successful applicant will have the following abilities:

  • Lift and carry 30 to 80 lbs. and move up to 165 lbs. frequently with regular pushing, pulling and bending. Ability to drive a forklift and obtain a forklift license is required.
  • Read, converse and be understood in the English language.
  • Demonstrate good basic math skills and have good handwriting.
  • Work well with minimal supervision, be able to work as part of a team and be a self-starter.



A good driving record is required. A motor vehicle report will be requested from the DMV. A current CDL is a plus. *NOTE: Applicants with non Oregon drivers licenses will need to submit a copy of a court certified print of their MVR. This can be obtained from the license state's DMV.
